Food Safety Training Meeting
The autumn semester of the new school year is coming. In order to strengthen the management of the school cafeteria, and ensure health and safety of all teachers and students, at 8:30 A.M. on 31st August, Anqing Foreign Language School conducted food safety training for all staff in the canteen.
First and foremost, Vice Principal Lu Dan attended the training meeting and delivered a keynote speech in which he asked all canteen staff to fully understand the current food safety situation, and further improve food safety awareness and responsibility to ensure the food safety of teachers and students. In the meantime, Vice Principal Lu Dan encouraged the staff in the training and showed everyone the beautiful blueprint of the school's future development plan. Subsequently, Director Xu Hong of the School Catering Department offered the staff business training and emphasized the following points: to begin with, Director Xu Hong pointed out the shortcomings and precautions that employees were prone to in the past, and requested that these shortcomings should no longer occur in the new semester. Additionally, she explained the training topics one by one. Last but not the least, everyone signed the safety responsibility letter. 
On the whole, throughout the training session, all staff listened attentively and learned relevant knowledge. Moreover, it’s believed that by making concerted efforts to enhance the awareness of school food safety responsibility, we can ensure the food safety of teachers and students.
